Fei Long was 6-4 over Ryu at some point. Can't even remember tho cuz I long stopped giving a fukk about IV. Regardless, he was mostly 5-5 with the bulk of the roster at best, which isn't making him out to be godly or anything.
Cammy's not even top tier, she's about top 8 tho.
Tier lists fluctuate every few months when new tech comes out or when some pros perform well with them in tourneys. So ultimately it's foolish to go running around trying to tier hop as someone can go from near top-tier to near bottom in a matter of months. It's better just to go with a character you vibe with and who's style suits you or just play a lil bit of everyone, which I do in most fighters. The tier thing is overrated in most fighters anyway, unless it's just an unbalanced as all hell game to the level of Third Strike Chun/Yun/Ken or severely broken characters like Vanilla IV Sagat/Gief. Otherwise, shyt is for birds.
