As does everyone else. Though we have to exclude super at the end of combos as thats really the "trick" with anyone wanting to achieve high dmg with any character.

Not really, the only thing he has going for him is the mixup overhead, and high dmg super....but again that's damn near like everyone else. He's not that fast, you can yolo jab/down medium his mixup, and he has no crazy pokes. Easily neutralized by a lot of characters with strong pokes. I see Karin taking it 9-1 for example. And don't get me started on how a good Ryu player could neutralize Rog entirely. Wouldn't even give him top 5.
