Yet many ppl with classics are selling their catalogs for lump sums.
100s of millions of lump sums. Back in the days MJ bought Beatles catalogue for nothing, but now with streaming investors are seeing mad dough in the catalogues. Which is why random legends sell their shyt for 2-3, 500 million. Even Future getting close 100 mill without any proven longevity.

Biggie and then sold 5x, but people like Gunna and Baby have money they couldn’t dream of in the 90s. Show money ofc but your contract determine what you get

The world is so advanced and moving so fast some people are starting to appreciate simplicity and older way of doing things, along with vinyl records this is also the reason why film cameras have became so popular again.
