AAA games have definitely got more woke, but the anti-woke crowd are mostly bad faith actors. There’s still high quality seemingly non woke games on the horizon, but yet the culture warrior personalities never discuss them.

Why isn’t a Grummz or Andypants Gaming hyping up Crimson Desert? The only time the non-woke crowd hypes something up, is to “own the libs”, see Hogwarts Legacy or Stellar Blade. They can’t champion something unless it’s in some relation to the left. They can’t say “hey this game looks hot I wanna play it”, it’s always “this game is good because it’s not like the gay AAA slop these days”. It’s all a grift, the question is what content will they pivot to, when the woke discourse becomes played out?

I like the AC rpg trilogy a lot more then most people ...

an from what i see the game looks good but i love the crazy mythological boss fights and fantasy elements and this one tones it down a lot

i hope they do some fun stuff with the expansions.

People can't even answer simple questions these days. A yes I do or a no I don't would suffice. Any of yall other people running around saying cac this and cac that can answer? It's not every day I get to pick the brain of a person that's clearly very comfortable using racial slurs out in the open. Part of my life is I analyze stuff and in trying to explain to say a Hispanic person I know or a white person I know why I'm out there using a racial slur against people that look like them I can't come up with an answer for it that makes sense. I mean what to I dive into the good ones bad ones speech? That's classic racism. I don't go around saying nigga either. I mean I used the term here to reference it but in every day life I'm not calling anybody that.

I don't believe in call anybody any derogatory term based on the color of their skin period. Even if they're cool with it.
