It seems like the anus and penis are the main areas where they get lesions. It's why it's so easy to miss, and why it's spreading so effortlessly in that community at the moment.

It's not going to discriminate based on your sexuality, but there's a reason why it's a layup in the gay community. We can't pretend like it'll stay there, but we do need to focus on getting them the resources they need in order to protect everyone.
