If you lift weights and work out/cardio on some routine shyt...say maybe 3x a week and drink a lot of water you should be good in 20 to 40 days tops really. And this is really smoking heavy.

It comes down to how much fat your body has. If you dont work out or lift weights you gonna have to buy them random drinks that remove the thc through bowel movements and all that other extra shyt.

Hell even if you were only drinking a lot of water during those 30 days you should have been good.
