If it was the beginning of the year, I'd probably feel the same way. At this juncture though, look at the teams behind us. We aren't out-tanking
Washington
New Orleans
Utah
Charlotte
Toronto (even with BI, they're 8 games worse than us)
Chicago
Brooklyn has picked things up so there's an outside chance to drop below them maybe. Philly is a wreck (lost 6 straight).
So we're looking at best 7th worse odds if we tank properly. That's 7.5%. More realistically we're somewhere in that 10-12 range (a difference of 1.5% between 10-12). ATL got the first pick as a play-in team last year, so it's really whatever at this point without bottom 5 odds.
Tanking already fukked with Keldon, DV and Sochan's development. Can't do the same to Castle.
