No one does that but ESPN and even they've been getting laughed at for doing that.

They have a similar game and similar faults. Similar players. :yeshrug:

Simmons isn't as athletic but Simmons is taller. At 6'10 I suspect that his game will transform to accommodate that and 5 years from now he'll play nothing like LeBron, but as is they are quite similar.

the more i see the more this sounds like the truth

bron was the most ridiculous combo of speed strength size and fluidity seen in recent memory

ben has the height fluidity and crisp passing but we'll have to see how he's gonna get buckets at the next level no longer being physically superior to his opposition (plus his jumper is broke)

pray for killa b

Just let Ben be Ben and go from there. Bron was a freak of nature who we may never see again. Like others have said Ben is just an extension of a player like LO. Now while i think he will be better then Odom eventually we can at least say we have seen the type of player he can be compared to.

I don't watch much basketball but watching some highlights, Simmons lacks h a jumper and his finishing at the rim leaves something to be desired. He wasn't efficient driving to the lane against Marquette's power forward. I'm a basketball tyro so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but Lebron comparisons to Simmons end at height, size and speed. If you can't shoot well, finish at the rim.

I think Detroit's pick last year would be more like Lebron if he were 6'10.
