The material was :trash:

This was one of the 1st shows after Covid shut everything down.

All I remember is Becky getting drunk and Byron getting kicked in the nuts.

We didn’t want Larry the Cable guy Steve Austin, people were worried and needed a little encouragement

we needed the badass Stone Cold to tell us to hang in there shyt would work itself out, cuss a little, make some off color comments, drink some beers and predictably stun someone.

Vince likes to overplay simple layups.

Eh. This isn't a "Vince is old and senile" moment to me.

WWE was basically in a no-win situation here. Even if Austin did the shoot interview with Saxton people would have complained at how lame it was given what the 3:16 day hype was all about (when the WWE was expecting to be in Pittsburgh).

I can actually understand Vince's logic of just wanting SCSA to go out there and cut a promo and drink beer. Heck, they even 'broke the fourth wall' by acknowledging the empty arena when he did the "Gimme a Hell Yeah' shtick. It was fine given the circumstances.
