15lbs in one month?
I can do 12 in a month pretty easy
And that's even with allowing myself to drink beer on Saturdays.
If you are 275+ lbs and straight up dedicated you can drop 15-20

I'm not 275+ I'm around 240. When I first started going to the gym I lost about 30 pounds I had gained due to an medication. Gained it all back thoughI can do 12 in a month pretty easy

Not sure what your height is but for me at my height 30 lbs is a different wardrobe and I can understand why you made the thread.
185 lbs is god body
200 lbs I can still wear my clothes but they gonna be tight
215 lbs - I'm not leaving the house.l
I was there during the pandemic and had to slim up so I sat down for 4-5 weeks and ate clean (keto if you can), did cardio (mainly HIIT), pressed weights as heavy as I could, and avoided alcohol
I eased up a bit to have somewhat of a social life from weeks 5-10 by just drinking on Saturdays.
You can do it. Just sit down for 4-5 weeks and try to lose 15 lbs. You'll still get to see May/June and save some cash to boot.
How tall are you?
I'm 6'1. I'm not morbidly obese or anything like that, today I just noticed that a shirt I've had for a while now was fitting a tad bit tighter than usual. Not sure what your height is but for me at my height 30 lbs is a different wardrobe and I can understand why you made the thread.
