And that's even with allowing myself to drink beer on Saturdays.

If you are 275+ lbs and straight up dedicated you can drop 15-20
I'm not 275+ I'm around 240. When I first started going to the gym I lost about 30 pounds I had gained due to an medication. Gained it all back though :francis:

I’ll be blunt with you bro, you don’t deserve to get fresh. Pack your bag for tomorrow and head to the gym. Better yet, set your alarm an hour early, go for a jog/run around the neighborhood (assuming you don’t live in the NE where it’s cold as shyt today). At least 30 mins straight cardio. Do 100 push ups, 100 squats, pull ups (if you can) and dips (if you can).

Get back, do what you have to do and make room to go to the gym in the evening. I’m not trying to be funny but giving up is never the answer. Update in 2 weeks. I’m rooting for you!

Not sure what your height is but for me at my height 30 lbs is a different wardrobe and I can understand why you made the thread.

185 lbs is god body

200 lbs I can still wear my clothes but they gonna be tight :francis:


215 lbs - I'm not leaving the house.l :mjcry:


I was there during the pandemic and had to slim up so I sat down for 4-5 weeks and ate clean (keto if you can), did cardio (mainly HIIT), pressed weights as heavy as I could, and avoided alcohol

I eased up a bit to have somewhat of a social life from weeks 5-10 by just drinking on Saturdays.

You can do it. Just sit down for 4-5 weeks and try to lose 15 lbs. You'll still get to see May/June and save some cash to boot.

I'm 6'1. I'm not morbidly obese or anything like that, today I just noticed that a shirt I've had for a while now was fitting a tad bit tighter than usual.


I'm in the overweight section on the picture below (BMI in the 25 - 29 range)...
