That's an extremely truncated version of what happened.

@MTAFZ already covered it and honestly he left out some of the disrespect Budden was throwing out there. It wasn't "I'm better" = got jumped. He got fukked up because he was talking stupid above and beyond some rap shyt. Directly after him and Meth squashed it and it was done he did another video blog talking about Wu better not ever say his name, or else. Then he got fukked up.

And enough time has passed that Budden realizes he fukked up. When all the stuff with Ghost and Action Bronson was going on he admitted he was out of line with the shyt he was saying.
