The $10k isn’t a manual deduction by the individual filers, tax systems/laws have to be updated to make the deduction automatically. I believe they are still working on it.

Yes but my case is more complicated. I just moved in January. And I changed banks. They deposited the first stimulus into my old account before I filed my 2019 taxes. That said the old account is still open I just don't use it anymore. The first stimulus took over a week for me to get and the second one took about two and was mailed to me. I'm just hoping that's the case.

From what IRS says it should be delivered the same way as your second check.
