It's funny you should post this, I was going to start a thread on a similar topic.
I recently read about the GOMAD method of gaining weight and last sunday decided to jump on board by starting with half a gallon. Brehs that monday morning was hell... the milk really did a number on my stomach. I won't go into detail but it got messy int the toilet
But i stuck with it and now today I've been able to drink a gallon throughout the day with no qualms. I only intend on doing this thoughout the month of december to add to all the festive eating I will be doing.
My question for anyone who had done this or heard about it is are they any negatives I should know about and are the any real benefits in doing this over just buying some weight gainer?

I've drank milk my whole life & unless it caused my minor asthma then I've had no health problems from drinking it.
Don't go full GOMAD, there's only so much muscle you can gain a month, I'm doing quarter GOMAD myself right now but I fit it in my bulking macros. In 6 months I'm upping the dose to half GOMAD for a month or two max to plow through plateus by that time after deloading once or twice. But I will never go fullretardGOMAD.
Weightgainers are a waste of money, while whole milk is effective and cheap. shyt is filled with testosterone, you gonna make crazy strength & size gains but risk acne too, so make sure to keep omega 3 fish oils on deck.
But sounds like you're most def lactose intolerant and not even just a little, so just stick to food that agree with your body and stay away from milk. If you still wanna drink milk, I suggest you cop some Lactase pills and drinking it in the latter part of the day. But I recommend you device a diet plan you can actually sustain long term.
