His "downward spiral" happened the same year Onyx featured on Survival Of The Illest tour, had the Shut Em Down album i said Def Jam was behind & was great. And then by 2001 he had his own solo, had signed a deal with Universal, had featured in Next Friday, directed his own movies & etc. Am i stan? Creative. I just respect talent & he's one. If the only thing you bring up is him "fighting a cac on VH1" - it was MTV btw - it clearly shows you just a lame going off some internet shyt & your own internet character.

You groupies are the worst, the group was the definition of a one hit wonder, okay to be fair, a two hit wonder...Slam and Throw ya gunz were bangers, but after that, the group fell flat, Yes Sticky got features and a tired tv series, but it wasn't looking up from there. Especially compared to groups like Wu-Tang, BTAH, etc...now, relax skippy, its an opinion, don't ruffle your feathers.

Not really hating, just stating the facts, everyone in NY loved their first album...had dudes wearing Onyx merch all over the streets, but after that stunt, no one was fukking with them (no one who could provide record spins that is).

Bacdafucup is a classic and All We Got Iz Us and Shut Em Down are 9/10 albums. Not to mention all the solos, features and soundtracks. Dude is definitely a hip hop legend.
