Not a fan. This would always come on and fukk up the whole block of shows that came on before it. Me and my girl would be having a good ass morning laughing & shyt then this boring/weird shyt would come on. At one point he morphed with a girl and became a superbytch or some shyt. I wasnt sure what it was trying to tell kids lol.
Love the show, wish the could pump out more episodes.
But yea def not something you wanna just sit your kids down to watch by themselves, you should be around and talk with them if you're gonna let em peep.
One of my favorite episodes was where Pearl tricked Garnet into fusing just to feel more powerful and once she found out she was PISSED...she felt betrayed, almost like she was raped. I thought it was an interesting way to approach a topic like trust and consent. It is a bit complex and mature but watch an Episode of Steven Universe touching on those topics as opposed to something like Pepe le pew taking the p*ssy in those old looney toon joints

Show definitely has layers. It's a kid show. but its for smart kids and adults.

This show has a ton of Utena references. The vibe of Stevens universe and Utena are way different though
That’s why we need to support brehs and bruhettes like @Blacksands to continue to show black positive shows and not that weird cartoon stuff on TV.
I don't have kids and I wouldn't show them this stuff on TV if I do.
