He did. He's driving around saying he found someone to kill and then we see a old man minding his business.
Came up asking him to say his ex-GF name and then said it's her fault that he's going to shoot him. The old man tries to defend himself by putting his shopping bag up and then he shoots him. He walks away then walks back showing the old breh he shot.

Truly fukked up. The family of the old man was on the news as well distraught.
