Jeudy hasn't been special but at the same time he didn't have to nor does he owe it to #89 to make nice with him. If the shoe was on the other foot #89 would have walked up and slapped the dude, difference is he would have went for 150+ afterwards.

He didn't have to make nice with him but his response was immature as hell.

Sounds like Steve Smith was just a guy :manny:
Game was totally different, so plenty of excellent WRs had slow starts back then..and Smith had to escape the stigma of being a return man and potentially being pigeonholed there. Smith was a dog in 2003. Putting up 88 rec and 1100 yards, in the old school NFL, on a power running team..far exceeds anything that Jeudy has done in the pros by a longshot.

This is not fair analysis either

Jeudy been injured and many people seen the collapse the broncos had, we all know WR is a QB dependent position

that was some c00n shyt to do that with a pale face live on air. But if someone said “n*gga I dont fukk with you” twice out loud in public, he’s kind of c00ninizing himself first.

Comparing these situations to a backup WR playing QB and Drew Lock is foolish

Jeudy been a better WR than Smith was his first 3 years, all these are disingenuous arguments

But Hopkins had a year with Brock Osweiler and still produced.

EDIT

I looked back and his year with Osweiler wasn't great, 954 yards, but the year before he had 1521 yards with Hoyer and Weeden and Mallett

Steve Smith balled out in his 3rd year. When got.hurt and broke his leg in the season opener of 2004, it was a sad day. Staying healthy is a part of the game, not an excuse. It is wayy easier to play WR in the league Jeudy got drafted than the one Smith got drafted in. It was rare for young WRs to get off to fast starts back then, it is common, now.

Exactly. Look who Andre Johnson was balling with. Chad Johnson had his breakout year with Jon Kitna. Joey Galloway ripped shyt up in Tampa Bay with Chris Simms QBing. Keyshawn Johnson had great seasons with Ray Lucas as his QB. Etc
For everyone of these arguments there’s the Odell to the Rams argument, Moss to the Patriots, Crabtree to the Niners or even Sanders to the Broncos

When WRs play with better offenses they shine more, u can’t tell me Jeudy can’t do what Aiyuk does for the Niners

Andre Johnson playing with Derek Carr before he got Matt Schaub

311 Rec, 3,953 Yds, 17 TD

Crabtree was drafted by the 9ers though, so I'm unclear on why he fits in your argument.

I don't doubt that playing in a better offense helps one's production. I was just replying to your original statement. Some wide receivers can overcome subpar QB play. That's not to say Jeudy wouldn't make plays on Buffalo, SF, Philly , Miami etc.
