Saying if the league decides to finish the season, they’ll likely jump straight to the playoffs because of the time crunch is pathetic
he clearly wants to give up on the season. He needs to do his job and coach 82 games

I'm sure they will be alright when Klay and Steph get back, but the NBA had balance again that it has been missing for years.

on the surface hes saying it's unlikely but reading deeper into this he's also saying "Look our season is basically over" sure technically it is over but... for him to say that after all those years of dominance calls a lot into question.
I feel like the season will resume because the league wants that TV money, that's why originally they wanted to play the games with no fans in attendance. but either way the fans that actually bought tickets may lose out.
Remember this is the same coach that said "I didn't feel like coaching so I just let Draymond do it. and then Draymond said "If they have a problem with it, they should stop us. Now they've been stopped and now the tune has changed. That's all i'm saying. So on one hand you are agreeing that it is over for the Warriors. But on the other hand you are saying Steve Kerr is waving the “ proverbial white flag” by recognizing the situation the league would be in if the league resumed, and the Warriors wouldn’t be in it anyways?
Interesting....
I'm just saying would he collaborate on the article at all if so. Let Mike Budenholzer, or Doc Rivers make that case, to me it sounds like a smoke screen subliminal message, because in the end the season is going to be canceled and it's going to be as if this year never happened. Which means technically, pomp in circumstance over in the Bay. because this bad season would be eradicated from memory, then the team comes back to full strength and starts flexing on teams again and this won't be a thought because it technically didn't happen. It's a subliminal jab at the whole league by Kerr using facts to roll with the story the whole time hes laughing saying "The joke is on you" to the whole league."

What tune changed? Now they've been stopped and now the tune has changed.
“I‘m not an expert, but I’d be surprised if the NBA plays again this season,’’ Van Gundy told The Post. “It’s going to be hard to get it back going. I would suspect it will be very difficult. The good thing is I trust (commissioner) Adam Silver to do what’s right and best and not what is in the best interest of money.
"Hopefully by the middle of May, we're starting to get back to normal and the NBA is playing games," Cuban said. "Maybe not with fans, but we're playing it because sports plays such an important role. You know, people want something to cheer for, people want something to rally around, people want something to be excited about."
Warriors team president Rick Welts said he met with San Francisco Mayor London Breed on Wednesday morning, and that the decision was made in consultation with the NBA.
"I was in touch with the NBA immediately after the meeting with the mayor," Welts said during a Wednesday news conference. "And the NBA agreed the best way forward for us was to play tomorrow night's game without fans, so that is what we're planning to do."
That's too much money the NBA would be losing, if they don't figure out a way to resume the games. They would be missing ticket sales and most importantly the tv money. The players also can get some of there salary recouped do to a provision in their contracts that is never used- natural disaster clause- so the players would want to resume those games to.They shouldn’t even think about resuming the regular season.
