Philly. Fucc a Eagle. I mean dat.
I think Steve is doing more of a CEO type job with them. Hiring great assistants and letting them do their job is obviously working. Sometimes being a good coach is knowing when to take a step back and letting the people you hired do their jobs.

The record don't lie..... :yeshrug:

he's ultimately going to be judged (or at least should be :mjpls: ) in the postseason, but you might as well engrave his name on the COY trophy.
Maybe :manny:

Last night the Rockets were without ANOTHER starter in Papanikolaou, who doesn't even start but has been in place of Terrance Jones. So thats 3 bonified NBA starters gone... U can gimme that Jordan look all you want, but just wait till the Rockets are healthy and in the Finals.

Also you a bytch nikka for negging me over a basketball game pick

All that shyt you mentioned has nothing to do with understanding the game of basketball though. There's plenty of hardcore fans who don't know shyt about the game itself. Not saying Rodman is right though.
That's exactly my point - what you think I mentioned 'follows the players on Instagram' and 'knows what the players' favorite food is during Thanksgiving' as if had any significance on the knowledge of the game or Kerr's coaching? Of course not. It was to illustrate that even some fan that may not understand what's completely going on would be able to tell you who the fukk is on the team in the first place; who the leading scorer was; who the best wing defender was and so on and so forth. Basic, rudimentary things that Rodman probably wouldn't know. Not to mention dude isn't even in the right head space (more than ever), to take anything he says seriously.

One thing I will say about Kerr is that I rarely look at a lineup he has on the court and wonder what the hell he's thinking with those rotations.
I bet you Rodman wouldn't be able to tell you that shyt. And that's the thing, even if Rodman's psyche was all the way there - you'd still know he's full of shyt and doesn't know what he's talking about - as evidence of my post above, which was said prior to Rodman's nonsense and was posted on this very forum. Yet it seemed as though most people forgot about it -

“They’re running me in the high post a lot more and utilising my passing and it’s been great so far. Steve Kerr’s turned around my career and getting me back involved offensively, too, helps.

He’s adapted (multiple championship-winning coaches) Gregg Popovich and Phil Jackson and taken the best of all those guys and he continues to learn,” the 30-year-old said of Kerr. […] I think guys are starting to feed off that, he’s a very fair coach, he’s not a negative guy, he’s just got a positive vibe about him to be around every day and I’ve really enjoyed working with him so far and I think it will only get better.”

The biggest change is the Warriors share the ball much more this year

Last year these nikkas played a lot of ISO ball and were so much easier to defend
That's all down to the assistants. Kerr wanted them to do ISOs, but Gentry stepped in and was like :whoa::camby:

Surrounding yourself with good assistants is kinda what a good coach does though...That was Mark Jackson's biggest issue....

Anyway TNT needs to fire Barkely and replace him with Rodman and a 5th of Grey Goose...
I'd rather have both tho, might as well get rid of ernie

so why did you say 'Mark my words and just watch GS get exposed by a Howard less Rockets team tonight' if they were without 2 other starters ? :usure:

not used to accounting for your words ? :usure:

Kerr is getting all the love and rightfully so but let's see how they spin it if Golden State goes through a period where they are struggling. He may be a better coach then Jackson but that wont be proven to me until the playoffs start.
