Who the hell said they'd only coach 1 day

They have an entire coaching staff that knows the system they brought, as well as the players.
that shyt takes a lot time i never suggested it was a one day thing nikka. Im saying tryna discredit kerr cuz mike brown and luke walton had success is ridiculous, those nikkas take notes from kerr, follow his lead on a daily basis, even if he aint at the game they're gonna know the drill for the most part. That's what happens when you have a GREAT coach on your team, everyone else (walton/brown) looks better and become reflections of said coach
all that proves is steve ain't COACHING shyt
they was doing great with jackson... kerr comes in and they face an injured west coast and win it... very next year he's out half the damn year and walton wins more games than him... he comes back and gets out coached by a rookie ty lue... he gets hurt again this playoffs... mike brown takes over and goes undefeated in the playoffs
so i'll say it again... if all he has to do is put a system in place, then other people can run the shyt at the same and better results than he is getting with it... then you really ain't doing much COACHING that is anything special..
WHY?? because anybody can be pu in your place and get the same damn results...
you got fix rotations, you gotta manage the clock and in game situations... you gotta know who is getting hot and cold and adjust to that.. you gotta see what lineup is working in the 3rd and change it up slightly in the 4th to get good rest but not freeze up your players.. you gotta matchup on that guy getting hot out of nowhere... but you gotta know you can't leave that other guy open... you got 8.5 seconds and you gotta draw up a play.. you gotta see that klay is bricking out here and have the balls to sit him more often... etc etc etc etc etc
there is no way, you are some hall of fame god coach, and any idiot on your staff can come in and do your job better than you.. if that was the case, why even get a phil jackson or pat riley or greg popavich? just hire their underlings, steal their entire system, and run it to perfection on your team...
oh isn't that what walton is doing with the lakers? isn't that what brown is doing on the sixers? isn't spolstra doing that with the heat? isn't that wha phil is trying to do with the knicks? and why isn't it working? cause they don't have 3-4 all star, hall of fame players on the team... which is the real reason why kerr is shining.. put kerr on the knicks, lakers, sixers or heat and you'd be saying he was a shytty coach that wasn't getting the job done
i think i'll take the word of an nba hall of famer who played for hall of fame coaches to know the difference over y'all
