I never knew steubenville was that wild and had gang issues
I always thought of it as some hick cac town outside of pittsburgh close to west virginia, the stories I heard about Youngstown though 
edit: I see they had crips those were more then likely pittsburgh nikkas since they have a heavy grip presence.

My cousin. . The same one I said had the gf from Steubenville was part of a gang that tried to set up in Youngstown. . He said it was not worth the trouble. And Steubenville is not even big. . Its small as fukk but grimy!! I remember being hyped when we went cause in Pittsburgh you could not buy beer at convenience stores back then. But in Stu you could. My first time there we stop to get some 40's and these nikkas walked in the store and ice grilled me and my cous up n down.
