This is what makes me so mad. Dude was/is my favorite player and the way he was demonized, especially when he didn't have any run in with the law, it made no damn sense. It's a beautiful thing to see dude receive that much love.

He seriously might make it afterall.
Remember, its the Basketball hall of fame, not NBA. His High school, college and NBA records and stats are damn good and/or even great. Dude is a 3 time all-star, with 19 and 7 average career wise in the NBA. Add his Chinese Basketball Association stats and championships and he's in. If not 1st ballot, then at least 2nd or 3rd.

Starbury one of my favorites players all time, still pissed off it didn't work out in NY but glad he found his way in China. Was legit concerned about dude but that was an amazing move to go out there.
