felt rushed and choppy, the characters didn't have enough depth like it was close but blah and now I'm reading here an hr got cut or whatever so that explains a lot lol

This shyt felt rushed as hell. Just jumping from scene to scene, event to event, without a care in the world. And so many stupid moments from the character---that I hear was in the book somewhat too but I'm not familiar with it or any of the shows from yrs & yrs ago. Mfs talmbout going to handle some business in 30 mins then meet up byke @ the church knowing it's finna be dark as hell .

I read there was supposed to be a 3hr cut and the Barlow dude was supposed to have a different design? If so, shame ont he studios continuing to get in their own way and step on their own product.

Trailer & poster had me hype but watching it was a letdown. I'm sure there's a good movie in there somewhere tho.

I'm normally big on things can always be edited for time. I still haven't got around to watching IT chapter 2 for my horror list because of its damn near 3 hour run time. I think as a non theatrical release this probably could have been an easy 3 60-90 minute episode little mini-series. I liked enough of what was going on just felt it started kind of slow then fully accelerated.

Will say Lil Breh stole the film, he had smoke for everyone and wasn't about some bullshyt.

This wasn't nearly as bad as some made it to be. Do I agree it was a little rushed yes. But even if it was 3 hours it would not have captured the total vibe of the book or the older movies.

Maybe it could have been a 4 part miniseries.

this was definitely rushed...they had some nice moments sprinkled in...they could have done more with this remake
