the poltergiest remake had flopped and new line had a disagreement with the director of the "It" movie. New Line wanted to make it one movie and wanted a commerical appeal to it. The director did not like the decision and left the project.

After watching the trailer I decided to purchase the DVD for my children. The movie must be very enchanting as I haven't heard a peep from their bedroom since I put it on for them. It must be the magic.
