Floyd offered 40 million up front Manny wouldn't even hear what he was gonna offer on the back end. Now maybe this was just a matter of language barriers and if Manny had heard and understood the offer he might have accepted.

Floyd said on live TV he was not willing to accept any less than 100% ppv rev when referring to Pacquiao. An this was already established months before that phone call Floyd did for publicity... Of course Cotto got broke off a small percentage of ppv because Floyd was only guaranteeing him 8 million.. he wanted all the ppv rev for the pac fight conveniently after Pac agreed to all Floyds tests.. and like I said, Floyd said it out his own mouth so you have no argument

Koncz visited the gym months before then and their were multiple talks.. they even counter offered, offering Floyd $50 million guaranteed (A purse size Floyd has yet to see) just for afair cut of the revenue 55/45 with floyd taking the lionshare and Floyd still wouldn't let up on his demand of 100% revenue

Yes you have no argument like I said... The fact that Floyd wouldn't agree to split the revenue trumps anything Arum said about a temporary stadium.. He wouldn't agree to copromote and he made this decision way before Arum made any of those comments. Why would Arum go out his way to make a fight with a nikka who refuses to copromote and wont share recenue anyway..
