This is a recent myth that needs to be debunked. Pacquiao was a 3 division champion before he turned 25. He was actually the underdog in his attempts to win the title and he won each fight by ko. He’s the only person in the history of boxing to be the underdog in his first 3 title tries and won each fight. To put a stamp on that he skipped junior bantamweight and bantamweight. Whoever repeats that PAcquiao was average before he was 25 is an idiot.
Next up people say he all of a sudden can’t punch after the Cotto fight. That’s silly. After he fought Cotto which was his last knockout, he fought Joshua Clottey, Antonio Margarito, Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Tim Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Brandon Rios and Tim Bradley.
As you get older you lose explosiveness. That’s proven with everybody. I’m not saying PAcquiao is his old violent self. It’s obvious he isn’t. But he’s damaging these guys big time. Has anyone looked at them after the fights. And the most important factor is everybody on the list has a great chin. In over 350 fights his last 8 opponents have been stopped a total of 1 time at the time PAcquiao fought them. That opponent was Antonio Margarito and he has the best chin on the list. Pacquiao also almost beat him to DEATH literally. To suggest PAcquiao can’t punch anymore without anyone examining his opposition is just silly. I will admit I think he should have stopped Shane Mosley and Brandon Rios but I think that has more to do with slippage than his ability to punch.
Pacquiao is 35 he has over 60 fights and he’s getting older. It happens.

Like I said before, ANYBODY that repeats that stupid shyt that Floyd says about "where was Manny Pacquiao when Floyd was dominating" is a fool and doesnt know boxing. Plus, the opponents he's been fighting do NOT get KO'd, so it's unfair to say "Pacquiao cant knock anybody out without steroids", when the fighters he's been facing all have great chins.
Basically,
