I actually use mozzarella, Parmesan, Swiss and a bit of ricotta.

Crushed tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, petite diced tomatos, tomato paste, little bit of carrots, oregano, Italian seasoning, olive oil, water, pepper, salt, sugar, red peppers, chili powder
