He's the oldest of the trio, clearly starting to decline and relies completely on athleticism. I'd trade him before the wheels fall off, he doesn't have a game that will age well, their window is a lot smaller than people think especially with OKC looking like it'll be landlords of the West.

There was a short stretch around the time they won the title that his mid-range jumper was money, after he hurt his shoulder though it vanished.
It seems like he just doesn't work on his game during the off-season, atleast not shooting.
He also didn't work with Tim Grover this offseason..
I think he should go but I don't know if Riley has the stomach to trade him.
