TYREEK WASNT WRONG.

CACS LITERALLY CURSE THE POLICE OUT
WHEN THEY GIVE THEM TICKETS.

TYREEK JUST HAD AN ATTITUDE
WHICH IS HIS RIGHT.

THEY REALLY GOT YOU nikkaS
TRAINED TO BE PETS

You are well within your rights to go back/forth with police

Just don't encourage others to do so

Put it this way. His goal should have been to get to his job. As he said it's just a ticket. Follow what they say. Raise the window down. Get the ticket and go to work.

If you treat cops like "lil bro" they gonna try to prove themselves. And if your Black that could mean harm including yiur life. They dictate how it goes. Once you try to be in control, they gonna try to gain control back.
I've been stopped more times than I can remember. In my work uniform. It got to the point where I just handed them my licence. And when I asked why I was being stopped, the same answer. Your vehicle matches the description of once involved in a crime. Despite that ANPR showed that I was fully paid up with tax and insurance.

Also my vehicle must've been in dozens of places simultaneously. And when my vehicle was stolen, the police accused me of stealing it, even though they had the thief.

So to answer the question, rolling the window down enough to hand the license and registration was right. Being verbally combative isn't a crime. Personally, I find it a waste of time, but when you have been stopped numerous times you tend to bite back sometimes.

Wym? Tyreek was fasho acting like a diva but them nikkas knew who he was and knew he was heading to work yet still beat on him on the side of the street

If it wasn’t Tyreek Hill they woulda killed dude

Being a diva means he deserves to be handcuffed face down ? All he did was roll up his windows they had his DL just write the ticket....those latin pigs was sensitive as fukk in my book...

Happens all the time in society and in the workplace. Some Black folks change their entire disposition to not rile up whitey.

Exactly. A star player heading to the game a block from the stadium committing a minor traffic infraction is not a threat. They knew who he was and where he was going from the start. Give him a verbal warning to slow down and let him go so you don't cause a scene on the road that could cause an accident with onlookers. If it was a normal unknown person then I understand the cops being a bit cautious but they are given discretion in traffic stops for a reason. They dont have to write tickets.

Might as well start building these if the cops cant use human instinct and common sense:mjlol:

They knew it was Tyreek, were probably expecting to have a little chit chat. Or thought he would try to nice guy his way out of a ticket, possibly take some photos. When he rolled that window up it sent those Dolphin fanboys into a rage lol. Either that or the cops are trying to toughen them up for the season. Theres been talk of them being "breakdancers":mjlol:
