This may seem like a "filling a market vacancy" thing to someone who is not from here. But the whole "we do a little of this and a little of that" model doesn't cut through here when it was billed as a BBQ place and there are so many legacy BBQ places here that you are already competing with.

In West Houston they just put in a place called Coopers that has been around for 50 years at another location and is billed as the Bush family's favorite BBQ place and after a few months it just melded into the mass of other BBQ places here even with that kind of clout and name recognition.

Not trying to dap fish but these old timey pictures of white women always crack me up and makes me realize what modern day makeup, surgeries, beauty treatments, camera filters etc have done to the group collectively.
