I'm still wondering how he does it. He isn't even looking at the goal sometimes. It's gotta be muscle memory or some shyt
This. Shooting is done in phases and he conpletely skips one of the phases and thats why he has such a quick release. Steph wasnt wanted outta high school so I can only imagine the hours he has put in to become that good. Dont forget genetics too and the fact that his dad probably trained him since he could hold a ball.

Shooter, Idk about pg. He isn't out there making plays first he's primary a shooting guard for his team.

Breh, playmaking impact isn't just the ability to pass the ball and rack up assists while dominating the rock.

Curry's movement, gravity, creativity, vision, shooting ability, and overall offensive threat level means that Curry creates plays for his teammates without touching the ball.

Curry opens up EASY and wide-open shots for the role players because teams would rather give up a free two points than give a somewhat three attempt. Those easy looks gets role players into a good rythm and makes the offense create plays based off of Curry's defensive attention.

Pretty much what Westbrook does to put similar pressure on defenses except he uses his high motor and instant aggression to collapse or panic defenses.

And this doesn't even get into the fact that Curry is an AMAZING passer. Dude is extremely creative, has amazing touch and hands, and he has extremely good vision.

Hell, I'd say he's an elite passer. Only guys I'd say are better would be Rondo (Who isn't anywhere near the overall playmaker Curry is), CP3, and MAYBE John Wall.

The only reason Curry has less assists is because Draymond turned out to be an elite passer too and then you got some great passers/playmakers off the bench who are capable of initiating offenses (Livingston and Iggy) plus Curry is choosing to shoot more.

He could easily be a 8-9 assists a game kinda guy if that's what he wanted.

I disagree with 8-9 assist and that's fine the role had changed. He's about at his career assist % and have been since day one. Currys primary role is to shoot always been. He's amazing with making creative passes but he'd not exactly out their creating for others, instead its moving off the ball and creating for himself.

I saw the one that didn't count before I went to bed. Didn't realize he hit another one.

As soon as he steps on the court, he's in range. Unreal.
