Kobe averaged 35ppg, while dropping 81 points and literally scoring 62 points n 3 quarters on a team that just made the finals.

I use everything combined. No one cares that Kobe put up good numbers while Steve Nash made the Lakers his bytch. Curry was breaking records, leading his team to record breaking seasons, putting up unheard scoring efficiency even though he takes insane shots, and is a repeat MVP.
If the Warriors lost because curry got injured, he'd still be more impressive than Kobe.
