Byron Scott is a top notch coach if the team goal is to keep they draft pick by having one of the 3 worst records in the league.

Thats what he is....he's a coach you would have on a lottery team when ur having a down period like he was in Cleveland and now in LA.
When Bron came back and they got better and were ready to contend they got rid of him.LA im sure will do the same when they get some free agents and are ready to be make a run....Hes not a guy you want coaching a playoff team or contender...
