On a side note, TNA Cryin Booker was the GOAT.

Steiner is a damn fool though. But hes right. My man is :stylin: over the Hogan name.
Does he have any shoot videos out? i would pay top dollar for that :win:

If I remember correctly, he had one out on around 2005-2006 with RF I think. It was cool, the dude is actually a hella laid back and chill dude. The best part I remember was when he said that he was down to take a drug test with HHH anytime or sum funny shyt like that.

Scott Steiner, who parted ways with TNA Wrestling in March, has continued to trash his former employer's upper hierarchy via Twitter. In his latest series of messages, "Big Poppa Pump" slams Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan. "Big Poppa Pump" also takes digs at Bischoff's wife Loree, who wrote a self-help book called Common Sense Happiness. He wrote:

It's amazing the shape he's in considering the amount of career threatening injuries he's had. The hampered movement is obvious, but it should be much worse.

TNA filed a lawsuit on Monday 6/18 in Nashville, TN against Scott Rechsteiner, professionally known as Scott Steiner, stemming from the attacks Steiner has made against the company, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and Bruce Prichard, among others, via Twitter.

In the lawsuit filed in Chancery Court for Davidson County, TNA noted that Steiner signed a contract with the company on 12/23/10 to appear exclusively for the promotion. A copy of that contract, including Steiner's payroll for his appearances ($2000 for events, $2500 for PPV, plus royalties to be paid 90 days later) was filed in court, including:

*An agreement that Steiner would not "make any statements or provide information, written, verbal or otherwise, which directly or indirectly disparages or casts in a negatie light any TNA officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, shareholders, licensees and/or past or current TNA talent."

*An agreement that Steiner would not use online social media or media appearances to discuss TNA without TNA's prior written consent in each instance.

TNA is claiming that Steiner violated the terms of that contract and is currently in breach for his online rants against the company. The company claimed that they contacted him on 5/10/12 asking him to cease the behavior but "Steiner, however, has ignored TNA's demands and has continued to breach the Agreement."

TNA is asking that they be allowed to recover their damages as well as court and attorney's fees. They are claiming the breach has caused the company "irreparable harm, which cannot be adequately measured by monetary relief."

TNA is also seeking a temporary and permanent injunction from the court to prevent Steiner from continuing to speak out against them.

Steiner has yet to respond to the court, obviously.

TNA is so :umad: about Steiner speaking the truth they going to court. TNA lawyers probably making more than some of their wrestlers right now the way they throwing out lawsuits.

heres a different article with other details
tna mad as fukk

Total Nonstop Action Entertainment has taken legal action against Scott Steiner following weeks of "disparaging remarks" online about the organization, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and other employees, Nashville's City Paper reports.

TNA filed a verified complaint Monday in Nashville Chancery Court asking for an injunction to stop Steiner's "disparaging remarks" on Twitter. The Nashville based wrestling organization claims that Steiner's remarks breach a contract he signed in December 2010. It specifically stipulates that he is "forbidden from making public statements, including messages online, concerning TNA or any of its employees without prior approval."

"In blatant disregard of the parties' Agreement, Steiner has engaged in a concerted effort to disparage TNA, its wrestlers, and other talent and cast them in a negative light," the lawsuit states.

TNA formally demanded that Steiner stop posting disparaging remarks on Twitter on May 10. He responded five days later through the social media website: “Havent tweeted lately bcuz I got a letter from a lawyer representing hogan n [Bischoff] basically saying... They take my tweets seriously and if threats continue they will take to law enforcement....really hogan my.. Tweets scare you,Ive said worse in interviews on tv,LOL.”

TNA's lawsuit asks for injunctive relief due to Steiner's breach of contract. No hearing on the matter has been set since TNA hasn't filed an order for injunction,

It was also disclosed in the filing that Steiner was paid $2,500 per pay-per-view performance during his time with TNA.

Additional details on the matter are available here.
