Yes, but sometimes it glitches out. You have to go through settings to manually select ps4 and Xbox controller mapping and deselect steam controller and generic.

Meh, 4K is pointless still. Rtx 2080ti makes 4K gaming viable, but moniter and TV tech aren't. I perfer to game on 1080p Ultra at 120hz or 1440p at 120 hz than 4k Ultra at 60 hzI bought one a while ago. Kinda trash and no 4K streaming.

Other games work perfectly like Sword Art online Fatal Bullet and Lost Planet 3

The upscaled 4k textures looks amazing on a 4K LG tv.
Its very hit or miss. Some games are atrocious and just stutter to hell and back. Project Gotham 2 and Shadow Warrior 2 didn't stand a chance.
