if you ever been into Rhode Island the state troopers almost never give you a ticket. I got pulled over near one of those beach towns doin 70 in a 50 and they was just like "be careful out there everyone" and walked back to the car Lol

Bruh i was coming off a route going into a town, speed limit is 50, i was going 90. dude stopped me, lectured me about how fast i was going, how dangerous it was. Then he said "now im gonna give you a warnin..." and he gave me another card saying "if you feel like i discriminated against you in any way, here's this card with information where you can report me"

I had to wade into the comments to get the full picture as well. The article passingly mentions racial bias and does not WHY these fake citations were entered into the system. Very sloppy and incomplete reporting of what should be a major story in this new era of "colorblindness."
