Dude has fought at JWW two times and Thurman fought once at JMW vs Quintana.
He is faster, naturally bigger and Garcia power past 140 is totally unknown. He is 100x better than Lipinets
Let Garcia clean out 135-140 for the next year and a half.
I like Garcia.....A LOT. He has few flaws but the few that he has (lack of head movement and lack of committed body punching) could be tough at 147.
That being said...he's sensational and I wouldn't hate on him getting a 147 payday but the top dogs may be a bit too much as far as size and punch resistance.

Swift will go out like AB. It would be Swift vs THurman part 2. Swift doesn't do well when he's getting pressed and Mikey does more than pressing. Watch Garcia v Peterson. Peterson almost has the same style as Mikey but Mikey is more of a hunter kinda boxer that can defend also. Swift will have the better defense but that's what I see in that fight. Swift will in a shell and using good head movement and too busy defending to attack.

How comes Lipinets has only had 14 fights? Seems strange he'd face someone with 38 fights.

Well today more and more fighters steer off the traditional way of building a career. Mostly those who had a great amateur background and/or late starters but there are exceptions under this like Lipinets.
Today it’s still not common but not that rare either that fighters with 10something fights are title holders or serious contenders.
Garcia against Thurman would be an issue..not sure Mikey could pull it off. Thurman before the injury was a little slick and had fast counters/footwork..not sure how he is right now.
Mikey gets better each fight. He needs to pick a weight class and stay there. I don’t think it’s 147. I think his KO power dropped vastly at 140.
