I switched to a sulfate free shampoo and used better (more natural) hair grease

Yes, the bottle looks like it's for women, but, sulfates are the same thing they use to clean stuff off cars. It's not good for your scalp.

The washing, everyday, drys your scalp out and causes the itching. The bumps and bleeding is from scratchin' it. Or you may have a few in-grown hairs

1. I can't tell you (depends on weather, atmosphere [if you live somewhere with dust & pollen], sweating, etc), but, everyday is too much. We clown pol who don't use deodorant, but, our body does have natural oils we rob ourselves of.

2. Wash your face, before ur showers and point nozzle down lol or get a shower cap (if u need to go that far)

3. I'm not a conditioner guy. I just use the shampoo. Watch yourself though; Organix's shampoo and conditioner bottle looks the same.

I accidentally grabbed a bottle of conditioner, twice.

4. Scratching your head, with dirty nails, will mess you up. Those germs get straight in your scapula and cause those bumps over time. If you have to wash everyday, then, u gonna need a great moisturizer.

Do you play sports? If so start using head and shoulders. As a grappler ive learned that bumps come from not washing thoroughly and ive learned that head and shoulders has something in it that kiills germs. Please use it with a wash rag.
