Starting Insanity Today

I love it. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now...although I haven't been successful in doing it 6 times a week, but between 4-5. I do it in combination with Butt Bible - great lower body exercises, although the chick who hosts it is a bit annoying.

How long before people saw results doing Insanity? Did you eat clean as well, or "mostly" healthy?

For me when I finished Insanity Asylum I lost 20 pounds

Did you do Asylum after the regular Insanity? shyt - is Asylum that much harder? I'm getting nervous lol that's great though - good for you! I'm hoping to get a more toned look more so than lose weight, but slimming down a bit would also be nice. Did you follow a strict diet, or mainly just exercise? I don't eat out very often, but I like my carbs here and there :(

Yah Asylum was harder:sadcam:! I would suggest doing it with a friend or two that's how I made it through the whole thing , I didn't follow any strict diets

Damn lol okay, once I get through Insanity, I'll tackle Asylum...gotta work up to it. I'm doing okay with Insanity - it challenges me, but I'm not dying when I do it, so that's good...guess I'm not as out of shape as I initially thought (thanks to jogging!) My best friend is doing Insanity also - so it's great - we can compare workouts and motivate each other. I'm happy to hear you didn't follow a strict diet! I don't eat too much crap, but I don't eat just fish, broccoli and chicken, that's for sure lol the key is sticking to it and being consistent, I guess...even when I'm tired, I force myself to exercise - it might be a half-assed exercise, but it's better than sitting on my ass and not doing anything at all :deadmanny:

Done a few rounds of insanity & asylum, both are no joke. Did both, but didn't follow the diet plan. Didnt eat too bad either, and still got positive results. Still on this p90x / insanity hybrid, no joke.

I got this shyt, P90X and a bootleg version I got a Target that I haven't even touched. I have no space in my room or house to do this shyt. I wanna fukkin do it! :mad:

You aint going hard enough then.

I dont care who you are, but if you're performing some of those exercises for 90 seconds properly, you should be too tired to finish the 90 seconds with proper form.

So, I'm finally doing it on a consistent level. Don't know how long I'm gonna be on it since I start working soon, and there's gonna be a lot of OT. :francis:

I have been doing the fit test off and on for the last year. I was actually gonna commit to the program more in 2019, but I had to stop since I fukked up my ankle. My ankle is still fukked, but it's tolerable doing most of these moves. I substitute maneuvers that are too rough on my ankle though. Anyways, I moved up from the Fit Test to doing one of the legit sessions. Been on it a week and I'm feeling the burn. :obama:
