Starting an NBA League. A Few Questions for Vets...

Aight, I'm going to have a 12 man league with some people locally.

I'm going with H2H points, and a Snake draft. Just trying to get an idea on how some of the drafts you guys are in or have been in were ran, so I can make this one as fair and fun as possible.

First thing I want to know, yes or no to limiting the number of transactions in a week? I was in a league last year and dudes were ODin' on the waiver system. It was a bit annoying IMO, and I'm thinking about setting a limit for this league. Has anybody played in a league where there has been a limit? If so, what's a good number to set it at? I'm mulling over between 3 to 5 moves per week.

What's a good way to set up the scoring as well? Or what's the standard?

Just give me some feedback, trying to set this up rather soon.

Basketball should always be rotisserie. At least 9 categories.

Just look at skme of the basketball threads in here most kf the first posts in them have scorkng categories.

I have played for 10 years and never have done points and head to head like your doing, I have always and only done roto.

Can't offer much advice to what your doing.

Props man, I just created it. It's some last minute shyt but we'll see how it goes.

My scoring may be messed up, but none of my boys wanted to make it so I'm leading the way here.

How the hell do you change the draft date? I started up the league to get people to sign up, but after talking to them, they want to hold on the draft til Sunday (due to it being last minute and a lot of them work retail with late hours). I originally set it to Wednesday, now I can't change the shyt to Sunday without 7 people's vote? WTF is this shyt?

Can I even change the Draft Date in ESPN Custom? Or do I have to have League Manager League?

Should have made a ESPN LM league breh, you can customize just about everything. Cant customize shyt in a ESPN custom.

In a LM league you can choose between FTA, FTM, FT%, FGM, FGA, FG%. Dont think you can penalize for missed shots with those categories

Has this ever happened to anyone?...

I made this league, I set the veto trade number to 6, my brothers agree to this dumb fukking trade.

Brandon Jennings for Tony Parker and DeMar DeRozan...

So I'm thinking I have a vote just like the regular owners, but once I go to vote to veto it deads the entire thread and it puts the shyt up on the main page that it got vetoed by LM (League Manager)

I got my Stern on.... but it was an accident. My lil brother is gonna be fukking pissed, but my other brother is like cause he now he realizes how retarded that trade was.

Why does it have a setting stating it takes 6 votes to veto, but my vote is the only one that matters?
