Are you at 10% now? I can't remeber is you are still trying to lose or build muscle.
No, not now. I did the EC stack last summer. I stopped because I got low enough that my low muscle mass really started to show and I was looking really extra skinny with a shirt on (looked good shirtless though).
I started a slow bulk shortly after, and after about 6 months of that I probably was up to 15-16% BF. I started a new cut last week and started back on the EC stack on Thursday because I want to lose as little of this newly gained muscle as possible while I get back to sub-10%.
I will bulk again in a few months, but I would much rather always start a bulking period from a low bodyfat percentage. I'm too old to be fat, the muscle isn't worth it.
