Are you at 10% now? I can't remeber is you are still trying to lose or build muscle.

No, not now. I did the EC stack last summer. I stopped because I got low enough that my low muscle mass really started to show and I was looking really extra skinny with a shirt on (looked good shirtless though).

I started a slow bulk shortly after, and after about 6 months of that I probably was up to 15-16% BF. I started a new cut last week and started back on the EC stack on Thursday because I want to lose as little of this newly gained muscle as possible while I get back to sub-10%.

I will bulk again in a few months, but I would much rather always start a bulking period from a low bodyfat percentage. I'm too old to be fat, the muscle isn't worth it.

EC Stack had me at the most ripped I ever was a couple years ago. But yeah that ish had me jittery starting out at first, take it easy if u feeling it too much. I didn't really do too much cardio with it, I mainly did supersets with weights to keep my heart rate up.

EC Stack had me at the most ripped I ever was a couple years ago. But yeah that ish had me jittery starting out at first, take it easy if u feeling it too much. I didn't really do too much cardio with it, I mainly did supersets with weights to keep my heart rate up.

I find weights sometimes harder to do than cardio when on the stack. I can't do leg workouts within 3 hours of taking a dose otherwise I feel sick because it causes huge spikes in heart rate and it takes a while to drop back down. Upper body workouts I can still do though.

Cardio on the other hand I can precisely control my heart rate based on the incline level and speed of the treadmill. I'm tellin yall, invest in a heart rate monitor you won't regret it! I just did a hour straight of of low intensity yesterday where my heart rate was between 128-136 the entire time, exactly fit my workout goal. Just had to adjust the incline by a percent or two here and there or adjust the speed a bit to keep in the zone.

Yall are crazy man. Last time I was taking some pre-workout supplements shyt had my heart jumpin like crazy. I went to the hospital because I was paranoid as fukk. Doc told me to leave them shyts alone.

I did have some crazy workouts tho.

Just copped a 60 pack for $16 from CVS. Almost paid 50 on ebay :snoop: cause I thought these shyts were banned. Was gonna wait til april but fukk that, I'm impatient. Starting tomorrow with half a pill twice a day.

Yall are crazy man. Last time I was taking some pre-workout supplements shyt had my heart jumpin like crazy. I went to the hospital because I was paranoid as fukk. Doc told me to leave them shyts alone.

I did have some crazy workouts tho.

a lil bit of paranoia is worth the aesthetics bruh.

keep us updated bro, im interested in knowing the results, and how it effects you.

On day 4. Still at 12.5mg 3 times a day. The only abnormal heart racing I got was last night before a test I didn't study for lol. Other than that, nada. Guess it won't start hitting until I hit weeks 3-10, 25mg x 3.

I'm 190 now after a less than successful bulk, around 18%bf :flabbynsick:

Why you wasting your time with those half doses, it aint poison just take a whole dose. You will be fine, I did it from day 1 its no big deal.

At 18% though, you really should have just did a normal cutting diet then saved the stack for once you plateau

I don't wanna die yet breh. :to: I do have the occasional pre hypertension and a family history of high BP. Bout to cop me a monitor tmrw.

And after looking at some charts, I think I'm more in the low 20s. :scusthov:

I dont fool with pre-workouts anymore.

For me, coffee is the best pre-workout. I drink about half of my big cup of coffee thruout the morning/day, and the other half right before I go workout.

Works just as well as any pre-workout I've ever taken

Said fukk it and upped to 2 doses of 25mg a day yesterday. Stupidly took one of those 25s before a HIIT style sprinting workout :snoop:. Definitely had an elevated heartrate for 3 hours following. Felt agitated as hell at work.

Today I took the second 25 an hour AFTER the HIIT. Felt fine.

Im 187 now, but that loss is likely water weight from the creatine deload.
