I'm going with Matthews out of those two, they're both available in my league too.
Jones is always going to be second banana to AJ Green so I think Matthews will get you more week to week. The Ravens D has also looked a little suspect this year so last week might have been a little inflated for Jones

Idk if your waivers have cleared or not, but looking at some numbers, KC is allowing the most points to receivers so if you need an immediate play, Marvin Jones might actually be the better choice.

I thought about that as well, Sean Smith is coming back for KC tho, so the secondary will see some improvement

I'm in a 1 rb 2wrs 1 flex league and I'm close to benching Jeremy Hill in favor for Devonte Freeman and play Larry Fitz in the Flex with Oddell and Keenan Allen for my 2wr. Should I stick with Hill or play Freeman or play both and bench Fitz at St Louis?

The Bengals coach made a statement that Gio Bernard will be in the game if they're behind. Not a good sign for Hill

You gotta think that teams will gameplan for Freeman after last week but they can't really load the box with Julio running wild back there. Plus Freeman gets work in the passing game.

Fitz had a lot of designed plays for him last week, I don't think it was a fluke. Plus teams have to respect John Brown on the other side.

I think Fitz/Freeman is your best bet.
