Starbucks is really bad coffee.

Its like when kids go to lunch and they all have good lunches because their moms love and appreciate them.

But then you have that one kid who's lunch is subpar, like its food, but that's just it, not fulfilling and not much to admire. Like you can tell this kid has a Step Mom and shyt.

That's what Starbucks is, it's essentially the stepmom of coffee and coffee asscerories.

I try to catch them as early in the morning as possible, the quality between getting it in the morning versus later in the day is very noticeable. It's like them fukks say the hell with it after they get swarmed in the mornings.

It's a mixed bag in my expierence.

But I must say I absolutely LOVE shytting in their bathrooms. Clean, smelling non descriptive and they either have Jazz or random pitchfork darlings blaring. I never felt more at home than dropping a few nuggets in their facilities.

Reminds me of my job two years ago when I use to clean toilets overnight.

but yea starbucks coffee does suck, but it's like the mcdonalds of coffee. we know mcdonalds sucks but I'd fukk up a 10 piece nugget right now.

I posted about this like a month ago, but I prefer Peet's Coffee over Starbucks. It's nowhere near as busy, and the coffee is fresh all day.

think it's product/profit margin dictated. if they tossed out coffee every hour, they'd be making less profit then letting a pot sit for a few hours before making fresh

The Pike's Place roast tastes burnt to me. I only go there if I have no other option.

shyt is like a cult. I was in Seattle and the 1st Starbucks location had a line that was 25 people deep. There was another right around the corner with no line.

The coffee really is bad. Their specialty drinks and espresso drinks is the only thing worth getting.


If you ever made coffee with hot water compared to cold water, you'll notice that it has a burnt taste when using hot water. That is probably the problem with their coffee.
