I might be in the minority but I really like what JJ did with the last three star trek movies especially the second one.

Even though johnson left a huge mess for JJ to clean up I'm confident he could get it done

I liked the first two but not the 3rd

The 2nd one was FIRE.

I feel like we were finally starting to build out the Star Trek Universe from that era and the introduction of the Klingons as that enigmatic Warrior Race that gives not a fukk about your "Federation of Plants" bullshyt was great to me.

The Khan twist was also great to me...and really helps build on that future feud between Kirk and Khan

They should of brought in the klingons for the third film and had edris be the head klingon

It's crazy how last jedi fukked up this trilogy. Force Awakens wasn't great but at least it introduced decent characters.
