I got a 2080ti/ 6700k and it just mad struggling at all resolution.

Not at all. I got 2080ti and 8700k. I had the odd hitch here and there, otherwise it was stuck at 4k60

It looks like my 6700k is causing a cpu bottleneck. Which is weird.

8700K is a significant bump.

Might just do a clean inatall of windows

One thing that RDR2 did great on PC was giving the most settings I’ve ever seen. When you look at this game, you’re handicapped with adjusting settings

I think I'm getting hit with a bug as well. Before a recent patch, I was getting way more stable performance. I getting framrate dips from moving the camera like the game is struggling to load in assests.

On top of that, No matter the setting or resolution 1080p/1440p/4k Medium Epic... Only getting around 50 fps to 70 fps.

Man that was a let down and pissed me off.

This game felt like a tech demo more than anything. The wall running was over used and was in the game just for the sake of being in the game.

if he went forward with it, he would have turned over to the dark side. there's a reason he destroyed the holocron

Play the game slowly. Bait your enemies in swinging first. Analyze their attack animations so you can get a better understanding of when you need to parry. The game overall is easy even on the hard difficulty once you slow your pace down and make each move intentional. The parry window is very forgiving in this game. Also, don’t be afraid to use your force powers. They regenerate quick. Biggest thing is don’t go into a fight thinking that spamming quick attack is the best method especially with enemies you aren’t familiar with.
