she's 100% right

mary sue ass rey can pilot better than han, a better jedi than luke seemingly out of nowhere :comeon:

Eh, Anakin practically came out of nowhere. No biological father. His was practically willed into existence by the force, and at 9 years old took out a fleet of ships despite having no proper experience or training as a pilot.

At least, we now know that Rey is a Palpatine, and that explains her powerful connection with the force.

Powerful connection with the force is one thing, mastering force abilities out of nowhere is another. Rey was pulling off stuff that even the most gifted force user would need training to do.

Even though Anakin was a kid he WAS already an experienced pilot. Now he had a state of the art ship and R2D2...add those along with his experience and force instincts, and he had an advantage on the other regular joe pilots. But he wasn't doing Jedi mind tricks, beating seasoned Jedi in lightsaber battles the first time he touched one, healing dying beings or shooting force lightning. And it's strongly implied he was created through the force by either Palatine or his master

We know where Rey got her powers. She's the daughter of a failed Palpatine clone:troll:

Edit: They really fukked the story in the new trilogy. They had to have been doing a completely different story when they casted Daisy as Rey when she looks like Natalie Portman did in the prequels. The idea that you're doing a trilogy with different writers and directors with no idea what the whole story would be is lazy. They pissed away their opportunity to print money after they spend all that money for the rights. That's just bad business.

Fans should know by now they simply didn't CARE what fans think. The reboot was a "force is female" stick it to all those chauvinist male SW incels. Why do you think in all these sci-fi/fantasy reboots the directors go out of their way to tell you they didn't watch the original content or weren't fans? All about rubbing it in with the existing fanbase because "they'll go see it anyway"; them and all the imaginary hordes of young women who are going to be addicted to a sci-fi movie with a shytty agenda-based plot.

100%.

And Anakin took out the gunship by accident. Almost everything that happened at the end of Episode 1 was him fukking up (nice metaphor for his life as Vader).

- he launches the ship by accident (activates the autopilot trying to shoot the droideka).
- shoots like one or two droids before his own ship gets hit and R2 saves his ass by landing him inside the control ship.
- accidentally launches missiles inside the ship and R2 saves him again by getting him out of there.

Compared to:

- Rey knows more about the MILLENNIUM FALCON than Han.
- She beats Finn's ass on sight.
- She overpowers Kylo when he tries to read her mind.
- She mindtricks a Stormtrooper on her second attempt.
- She beats Kylo Ren's ass in her first lightsaber fight ever.

And that's just the first movie:scust:

Her voice holds weight. She's one of the main reason Star Wars became mega blockbuster in the first place. George Lucas original cut of A New Hope was borderline trash. She pretty much recut and pieced the whole film together and made it into a classic

she have this kind of energy for the prequels too? :jbhmm:
She disliked Episode I but said George got his mojo back STORYWISE for "the later ones" but she hated the CGI. She once said, about RotS specifically, it feels like SW again but still doesn't look like Star Wars to her.
