Maaan fukk Nadeska. Stuck up bytch needs a long dikk in her life.

:camby:

She gonna keep pressing Star until he decides to give her that work and she'll run home to her CAC boyfriend and later that night they'll make picket signs together, the pair of bytches

:camby:
:dead: Yea for real though. I like how she looks and she seems well spoken but she contributes nothing to the show and is too fukking sensitive

"did he ever put out an album or was doing he coke for a decade" - Star on Jay Eletronica :mjlol:

:russ:Man I can’t wait to watch this after I get home from work that’s classic Star right there. This shyt is like getting Paul Mooney to host the oscars. Complex must of been really desperate like Joe said.

I agree about that first guest thing. If they get any artist of prominence, Star is going in. Joe would talk big shyt until they're face to face then he's sucking their dikk.

I don't believe Complex is gonna throw in the towel though. This shyt generates views.

Let's be clear, ES isn't hip hop debates and discussion, it's hip hop Howard Stern shock jock shyt. No one should watch for a legitimate debate about rap. :carlton:
I agree. Joe wilding on his podcast about how it was a rap-debate show. When it was, they got no views. It wasn't until the Migos fukkery and Yachty interview (Which Joe said he hated, even though part of being a debate show should be interviewing and pressing guests), that the show started popping. It popped because of the fukkery and became about that. Joe got popular because this is the first time his fukkery was on full-display and got viral. I like Joe, but Migos contributed more to his blow up than those first months of ES did.

ES will always have problems because
  1. Akademiks still can't fully articulate his points: I want to see homie win, but no offense they could pull someone from here, boxden, KTT to do the same thing. Not hating on his come-up, but he's really awful at explaining his point. I say this as someone who has to conduct interviews and write bullshyt articles for a living. Dude takes 10 minutes to say he likes something, and we're never given anything objective about his reasonings. He's too much of a groupie. Angie Martinez was fantastic, and she was a Jay stan, but she knew when to remove her fan-goggles and become an interviewer.
  2. These topics... I'll get on the show-runner later, but these topics are fukking awful. There was a period where Cardi B talking on IG was a topic, almost every fukking day. The topics are barely ever interesting and the few ones that are, get stopped prematurely by Nadeska.
  3. Interviews: A continuation of my points on AK. The only good interview they had was when Joe took over on a Friday. Even then, that was an anomaly because any other time someone else was in studio, Joe played himself like a bytch. I still can't believe he let Vic pop that shyt to AK, and didn't let Vic know that they were on his platform. Plus, that final Jeezy interview was one of the worst interviews ever conducted. An hour of asking softball questions and getting the same tired 10-minute response from Jeezy. I can't believe they put that out. Like, you don't have to be disrespectful like Star is known to be, but you can't just soft-ball questions like that. Rappers aren't known to be great interviews anyway, so the onus is really on the reporters/interviewers to get them to open up a bit. You can't let these nikkas ramble on about bullshyt. Desus and Mero are also horrible interviewers because of this. This is why I like the Star signing, because Star is going to get on these dudes :duck: and force them to answer what he asked. nikkas that have done radio know that the rapper is there to promote something, so they're less likely to fall for bullshyt because they know the rapper isn't going to up and leave, and if he/she does, it's a waste of promotion.
  4. Show-runner: Horrible producer. Has no idea what he or she is doing and you could tell. Lucked in to get on the spot, is responsible for nearly every shyt topic we get, doesn't get interesting guests, prematurely ends topics. It really does feel like Chopz writes the shows direction on a cocktail napkin a couple of minutes before he/she gets to the studio.
All in all, the show was never going to be hip-hop debate, if it were to succeed. If they still want to do that, they're better off finding two new people because AK isn't good at it and Star is going to say some crazy shyt.
