I’ve never watched an entire episode up until yesterday. And now I’ve watch both shows multiple times.
Star already has a following so his presence will add views. And the Joe Budden Stan’s that view just to his dislike are still driving traffic. People that love Star will tune in just to hear what he says. People that don’t like him will tune in just to hear what he says
All in all this show comes off as a bootleg first take or undisputed.
The problem with the format and I think somebody else touched on it is the content being discussed. It’s too redundant. And limited. I like how Star brought up Bali Baby because at least he was trying to bring fresh content.
I’m a keep watching. The age gap between the 3 and seeing the different era’s, and mentalities mesh is interesting.
Complex clearly wanted to recapture what Budden brought to the table and Star was the closest they could find.
But Joe was like Captain America amd Star is the red skull
same forumula, different results.
