I’m starting to wonder if the issue is that that’s all AK really knows about? I think that’s the groundwork Star is laying down.

Yeah, AK seems limited.

For instance yesterday, they could've talked about the China Hip-Hop ban an have a discussion about the value Hip-Hop is conveying. Star will kill it, but I don't think AK can handle that.

AK has no range which is why i don’t understand why cacplex is hitching their horses to him.

How many times can you talk about SoundCloud rappers and what song came out that day before it gets ridiculously stale?

Just got around to watching the latest 2 episodes

I guess its now back to "normal" as it was when Budden was there but this show simply isn't my cop of tea, I don't give a sh1t about what Migos or what Lil Uzi vert is doing, Maybe I'm just old but if they talked about stuff other than fukk sh1t I'd care more (social commentary, politics, philosophy, science or just interesting fukkery like Star coming at AKs neck)

the very first episode with Star was great, but episodes 2 and 3 were meh. Has nothing to do with Star, Star is whats right with it but this show isn't for me

I don't know how you guys watch this sh1t.

Facts like I couldn't watch a show with just Ak. The real highlight of the show is when Star drops knowledge to me like the way he broke down Rock N Roll being the kids of the establishment rebelling against the establishment and hiphop being the fight of the disenfranchised. He has little moments like these every episode including the one where he starts talking about the 85 percent and the five percenter philosphy.

Yep, the issue is the topics they are choosing. Star strength is social commentary. He gives a provocative/funny but smart insight on many things. This is what i was waiting for.

If they keep their Lil Yachty, Uzi whatever et all them dumb kids, I'll also stop watching.

I don't care about an analysis of Lil Pump album.

They should expand the range of topics.

Facts, they got to expand it so that they talk about society and other things. I understand it's hiphop show but they have to broaden it a little cause Star though he keeps abreast with the new shyt could care less about a lot of these new artist.
