Stanley Johnson vs LeBron - "I wish he would just talk when [the game] is 0-0, not when he's up 16."

I just rewatched this game this morning...

LeBron was staring down Stanley and talking shyt to him while the Cavaliers were down in the first quarter, he routinely shytted on Stanley throughout the game both playing wise and also just pushing him around and bullying him. I'm not sure exactly what Stanley is talking about, and I'm not sure what he's done that has so many posters in here so happy/confident about him outside of him not simply backing down, I guess.

Obviously he can't compare to LeBron as a player, but he's not backing down and I respect that

The Pistons aren't gonna win this series regardless so I'm just hoping the shyt talking leads to fukkery on the court :yeshrug:

I'm by no means a Bron fan, but c'mon......:heh:
Bron is clearly destroying this nikka....:mjlol:
Him not backing down ain't stopping them L's from piling up..:russ:
I respect his attitude, but why talk shyt to a nikka who is killing you and ain't even really trying :what:
Also.....can we get a smilie of this.....

Its playoff basketball, I said the same thing about Memphis. If you cant out-talent a team you might as well turn it into a street fight and see what happens. Obviously not a literal street fight, but back down to the wall you gotta have guys willing to take a tech and/or suspension for the team.

Yes take the tech and a flagrant which can lead to a suspension. But not actually swinging on kats like the other poster said.

The thing is to beat a faster more talented and mobile team many less talented teams resort to physical play and to muddy up the game.

But I don't believe this works with the Cavs because they actually like to play this way and are maybe the best combination of talent and physical play that Lebron has ever been on.

Also those videos of the heat were retaliation plays from the heat because the less talented and bigger pacers tried to muddy up the game and be physical. So the heat gave what they took and suddenly the rabbit had the gun as haslem mentioned in that series.

the funny thing in all of this..that its the tiny bump :mjlol:, for a squad that wants to play physical as their trademark, a tiny bump is your rallying cry?

Brolic... Alcoholics
Who do you idiots think is the one leading his team to get these leads though? :wtf:
Actually they were down in the first by 10 when LeBron left the game. Kyrie and JR closed it to one. 2nd qtr JR was having a JR type of night and LeBron fed off of that.

When he did the one dunk where he came thru the lane and yammed that bytch down Johnson's neck, I didn't trip. It was all the extra shyt in the 3rd qtr that was annoying. He didn't create the energy at all. He just kinda fed off of Kyrie and JR.

Stanimal the most fearless dude in the league and only 19 years old :wow:

Seeing lebron really trying to figure out how to beat stan off the post when he usually is railroading nikkas speaks volumes more than anything. Having to make some of the shots he made on Stan shows the greatness of Lebron but he really shouldnt be working this hard to make those shots.

Dudes in here with the "bu bu he went 12-17" are yall watching this matchup? Hes working for his. A 19 year old should NOT be making him work this hard.

Keep this basic level thinking if you want but the heat and raptors fans in this thread are shook of the Pistons future its clear as day.
